Standard shipping takes 3β5 business days. Express shipping (1β2 days) is available at checkout. Same-day delivery is available in Portland, OR and surrounding areas for orders placed before 12pm. All orders over $35 ship free with standard delivery.

You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships. Click the tracking link for real-time updates. You can also log into your PawsMarket account and visit "My Orders" for full delivery status. Need help? Our team can look up any order in under a minute.
Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship throughout the USA and Canada. International shipping to the UK, Australia, and New Zealand is available for select products. We're working on expanding further! Enter your address at checkout to see available shipping options for your location.
